What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering primary healthcare and emergency care in a custodial setting
• Supporting inmate rehabilitation through patient-focused care
• Managing chronic conditions, wound care, and medication administration
• Responding to emergency situations and triaging as needed

About You:

• 2+ years post-grad nursing experience (correctional, ED, remote, or primary health preferred)
• Australian working rights
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration 
• Advanced Life Support 
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Current serology proof of vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook for healthcare workers
• Driver’s license & access to reliable transport
