What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing safe and effective nursing care across the perioperative environment
- Scrubbing, circulating, or scouting for a range of surgical procedures
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining surgical asepsis and adhering to infection control protocols
- Monitoring patients’ pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative status
- Ensuring documentation and reporting meet clinical standards
About You:
- 2+ years of recent experience in an Operating Theatre setting (Scrub / Scout)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and surgical instrumentation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Current serology proof of vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook for healthcare workers.
